At Goated, we stand by our quality, but if your fit isn't legendary, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
